    BridgePoint Community Solutions and Friendship Community A.C.T.I.O.N Corporation present a Thanksgiving food giveaway and health screening event in recognition of Diabetes Awareness Month. The day offers free health and biometric screenings, a hot meal, access to the food pantry, Thanksgiving food baskets for families of five (a turkey or ham plus non-perishable items), diabetes education and health resources, and access to a continuous glucose monitor. Attendees can also learn their health numbers — blood glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, and BMI.
