  Dawon Robinson

  Board Chair

  Dawon Robinson is a community advocate, nonprofit leader, and education professional whose commitment to serving children and families is shaped by both lived and professional experience.

  Having experienced the foster care system as a child before being adopted, Dawon understands firsthand the importance of stability, advocacy, supportive relationships, and access to resources. His personal journey inspired a career dedicated to helping children and families overcome barriers and navigate systems of support.

  Dawon began his professional career serving youth and families at Huckleberry House and later St. Vincent Family Center, gaining valuable experience in youth advocacy, crisis intervention, family support, and community-based services. He continued this work with Communities In Schools of Ohio, where he served as Housing Stabilization Manager, connecting students and families experiencing housing instability with resources, educational support, and community partners.

  Today, Dawon serves as the McKinney-Vento and Foster Care Liaison for South-Western City Schools, advocating for students experiencing homelessness and those involved in foster care. His work focuses on educational stability, school access, transportation, family support, and building partnerships that remove barriers to student success.

  As Board Chair of BridgePoint Community Solutions, Dawon brings his lived experience, nonprofit background, educational leadership, and commitment to community engagement to the organization’s mission. He believes meaningful change happens when communities, schools, healthcare providers, nonprofits, and other partners work together to create sustainable solutions that improve opportunities and quality of life for children and families.

  Stephanie Ogonuwe

  Board Secretary

  Stephanie Ogonuwe is a public health scholar and graduate of The Ohio State University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with Scholars and Research Distinction and a minor in Women, Gender, and Public Policy.

  Stephanie has served in multiple capacities focused on examining the role of the social and political determinants of health in prevention and access to care. She has experience serving at the White House under the Biden-Harris Administration, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Black Health Explained, and The Ohio State University.

  Currently, she serves as a Legislative Aide in the Office of Ohio State Representative Dontavius Jarrells. Stephanie serves as BridgePoint Community Solutions’ Board Secretary and looks forward to advancing health equity in our communities.

  Rhonda Coleman

  Treasurer

  Rhonda Coleman is a strategic human resources, operations, and organizational governance executive with more than 14 years of experience leading mission-driven nonprofit and healthcare organizations. Grounded in her Christian faith and ministry, Rhonda brings deep compassion, personal advocacy, and a lifelong commitment to addressing systemic health disparities and supporting community health initiatives.

  Rhonda’s dedication to health equity is anchored in her service as the Community Health Program Director for the Save Our Families initiative at the Lorain County Urban League, funded by the Ohio Commission on Minority Health to deliver vital diabetes prevention education, lifestyle curriculum, and medical screening access to more than 350 residents across underserved neighborhoods. Working alongside national institutions such as the Morehouse School of Medicine, she connected historically marginalized families with critical health, housing, food security, and social support resources.

  Beyond her grassroots community health work, Rhonda brings extensive executive financial, operational governance, and startup expertise. As Senior Director of Human Resources at Caring Across Generations and Director of Operations & HR at The Democracy Collaborative, she successfully managed departmental budgets, oversaw fiscal infrastructure, procured auditing and bookkeeping services, and navigated complex organizational transitions into independent 501(c)(3) organizations. Her earlier experience with Centene Corporation’s Buckeye Community Health Plan further expanded her expertise in managed care administration, census tracking, and HIPAA compliance.

  Rhonda is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration at the University of Phoenix (expected Spring 2027), bringing strong fiscal oversight, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and a values-driven commitment to community stewardship, ensuring organizational resources directly drive measurable impact for those who need them most.

  Rhonda resides in Oberlin, Ohio, and enjoys vegetable gardening, spending time with family, traveling, participating in church choir and youth ministries, and exploring various creative art mediums.

  Kelsey Crosbie

  Board Member

  Kelsey Crosbie is Vice President of the National Association of Letter Carriers Branch 78 in Columbus, Ohio, and has been an active union representative for much of her career as a letter carrier. She has served as a shop steward since 2020 and has held numerous roles focused on grievance handling, education, organizing, and member representation.

  Kelsey is passionate about member education, developing stronger advocates, and helping letter carriers navigate the often confusing and overwhelming Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) claims process.

  Kelsey believes effective union leadership starts with being accessible to the membership, continuing to learn, sharing that knowledge with others, and never being afraid to speak up when something needs to change.

  Keybra Dunlap

  Board Member

  Keybra Dunlap is a dynamic HR Business Partner renowned for her contributions to organizational success through the recruitment of top-tier talent and the development of innovative onboarding programs. In recognition of her impactful work, she was awarded the 2024 Human Resources Business Impact Award.

  Keybra is deeply passionate about empowering women who have faced adversity. She believes in the inherent worth and potential of every individual, regardless of their circumstances. This belief drives her advocacy for marginalized communities, providing platforms for them to share their stories and perspectives.

  Dedicated to mentorship, Keybra had created a safe space for women to grow and thrive within their respective organization by providing the tools they need to succeed in their current position and the training and accountability needed to move to obtain additional positions.

  She actively supports emerging female leaders across various fields, ensuring they receive the guidance necessary to reach their full potential. Her commitment extends to her work with BBLESS 2, an organization dedicated to assisting homeless women in transition, helping them unlock their potential for a brighter future. She also partners with The Undergraduate Society of Black Leaders with The Ohio State University where she provides support, encouragement, and professional guidance to the young women on their educational journey.

  An active member of her local church, Keybra teaches and serves as co-chair on the women’s board, fostering community and support. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Incorporated. In her free time, Keybra enjoys expanding her knowledge in her field, spending quality time with her family, and traveling.
